These terms govern your use of this website and all software products sold by Lucranaut LLC ("Lucranaut," "we," "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any Lucranaut product, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
When you purchase a Lucranaut product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own NinjaTrader 8 installation. The license is issued to you individually and is tied to your NinjaTrader machine ID. You own the license — you do not own the software. All source code, logic, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Lucranaut LLC.
You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise distribute any Lucranaut product or license key. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code or trading logic of any product. You may not use our products to build competing tools. Violation of these restrictions terminates your license immediately and permanently, without refund, and may result in legal action.
Products are delivered digitally. After purchase, you will receive an email with your download, license details, and installation instructions. If you do not receive delivery within a reasonable time, contact us through the email correspondence associated with your purchase and we will make it right.
Some products are offered on recurring subscription terms (such as weekly, monthly, or annual) alongside lifetime options. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal date; access continues through the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases valid for the life of the product.
Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately and their value lies in proprietary logic that cannot be returned, all sales are final once a license has been issued. If a product fails to function as described and our support cannot resolve the issue, we will review refund requests case by case.
Lucranaut products are software tools. They are not financial advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any futures contract. Lucranaut LLC is not a registered investment advisor, commodity trading advisor, or broker-dealer. Signals, zones, and automated executions generated by our tools are outputs of rule-based logic, not predictions. All trading decisions — including the decision to run any automated strategy — are yours alone.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose more than your initial investment. Automated strategies can and will take losing trades; past performance of any tool, whether live or simulated, does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for supervising any automated strategy running on your account and for compliance with the rules of your broker or funding provider.
Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that any product will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of NinjaTrader, data feeds, or third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucranaut LLC shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — our products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using our products at any time. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Risk disclosure: Futures trading contains substantial risk and is not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment.
